In the past, our head office participated in the promotion trip to China with the South Australia Immigration office. In view of the situation of Covid-19 in 2020, we decided to switch to a live stream. This is a multi-party collaboration activity, which includes an official from the South Australia Immigration Office and a representative from the real estate industry, the lawyer industry, and the immigration industry. Zoom's live stream activities cross over with WeChat's in China. In South Australia, it was the first time two platforms were simultaneously streamed.

There is a lot of pressure on me. I am the event planner who is responsible for fully executing the activity from conception, process, activity content, and time arrangement to graphic design to live stream team hiring. The live stream team is experienced, but it's the first time they're streaming on platforms in two countries at the same time. We assessed risks and ran many technical tests beforehand.
