Project Intro.



Our company used to participate in the business team of the South Australia Immigration office to China for promotion. Due to the situation of Covid-19 in 2020, we decided to change to the live stream. This is a multi-party cooperation activity, including an official of the South Australia Immigration office, a presenter of the real estate industry, lawyer industry and immigration industry. The live stream activities cross over between Zoom in Australia and WeChat in China. It was the first time in South Australia we tried live on two countries' platforms at the same time.





Challenge



I'm under a lot of pressure. I am the event planner who needs to complete the whole activity independently, from conception, process, activity content, time arrangement, material graphic design to live stream team hiring. The live stream team is experienced, but it is also the first time to live on platforms in two countries simultaneously. We have assessed risks and took many technical tests before the show.
