One of our designers was invited to design a medallion for the Polish Mint. An exhibition of Polish medallion art was held in a high-end private club in Guangzhou to show its international friendship. We also invited famous Chinese artists and social elites besides the Polish consulate officials.

Only one year after graduating internship, I began working in an advertising company as an event planner.

I was the main event planner for the first time. My team included members from my own company, clubs, and media outlets. Preparation for the event took about three months. I was in charge of arranging a list of invited artists with the Polish Mint, arranging deliveries of artwork from Poland to China, being the translator to assist artists, deciding advertising strategies, arranging the venue and planning for the event flow, and contacting Polish consular officials.
